Susan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist and is Registered and Board Certified with the American Art Therapy Association.

Susan has been working with children and adolescents for 16 years. She has worked in two domestic violence shelters in the state of Maryland, providing crisis intervention and therapeutic services to families in need.
She is passionate about stopping the abuse of children and ending the cycle of violence. Susan believes her professional and personal experiences have led her to Safe Harbor Christian Counseling to continue her calling.
Susan believes God has a purpose for everyone, and hers is to help children and families heal from trauma and abuse.
